PBC demolished and removed the fire-damaged building and foundation of the existing house and garage on the lot to prepare for the new construction. In addition, a small amount of Contaminated Soil was removed in conjunction with the Soil Remediation Program outlined by the hired Geotechnical Engineers. All Dig Locates were obtained prior to commencing the demolition and PBC Group safely maintained and monitored pedestrian and vehicle traffic in the area.
