The Keystone Awards are presented each year by the Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Central Interior to recognize excellence in the home building industry in the Kamloops and Thompson Nicola Regional District.

The Residence at Orchards Walk received the Gold Award for Best Outdoor Living Space at the Keystone Awards Gala on Saturday, February 3rd at the Thompson Rivers University.

Orchards Walk Development was also awarded two Silver Awards – one for Best Multi-Family Development and the other for Best Interior Design.
