This 23,330 square foot residence on Gardner Street I Ottawa opened a year ago this September. It took nine months to construct and accommodates a 34-room men’s shelter. The building includes an elevator for enhanced accessibility. PBC Group provided development consulting, cost consulting and construction management services for this project.
