The Orchards Walk housing community’s second phase of construction has nearly sold out of Arlington townhome units and Belmont single-family homes as demand in the area continues to grow. There are currently three Arlington units and three Belmont units available for purchase before they are both sold out.

PBC is pleased with the progress of the development and is preparing for construction of the Tydeman large single-family homes and the Cameo duplexes, both of which will be available for purchase soon.
