PBC Real Estate Advisors Inc., through its joint venture operating under the brand Résidences des Bâtisseurs, continues to expand its seniors housing portfolio in Québec. Since originally forming the joint venture in 2017, PBC has acquired 2,150 seniors housing units and placed over $50 million in both equity and debt investments.

PBC is very pleased with the performance of the portfolio and is looking forward to continuing its growth plan with the goal of obtaining the portfolio’s target of over 4,000 seniors housing units.
